Intellectual Property-Trademark Managing Associate Attorney
Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks intellectual property-trademark managing associate attorney with 4-6 years of experience with trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement matters.
The candidate must have considerable experience: performing trademark searches in the U.S.
and foreign countries, reviewing and preparing all types of USPTO filings, preparing all types of office action responses, managing foreign filings including through foreign counsel and the Madrid system, preparing cease and desist letters and researching adverse parties, policing and enforcement matters in the U.S.
and foreign countries, managing large portfolios, TTAB proceedings of all types; some litigation including experience with UDRP proceedings a plus.
Must be a member in good standing with the Bar.
The candidate must have excellent legal research and writing skills, an ability to work independently, and strong attention to detail.
Should have JD degree from accredited law school.
Must have excellent academic credentials.
