This position is within the Paralegal Department at Abramson Labor Group. You will have the opportunity to work directly with Senior Paralegals and a Demand Team Lead to provide the most effective support to our client’s and team of attorneys and paralegals. Primary job functions include:
- Conducting telephonic intakes with clients to capture detailed information about their case.
- Communicating clearly and empathetically with clients.
- Drafting succinct factual summaries.
- Identifying relevant violations of law.
- Drafting Demand Letters based on firm’s guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1+ years of law firm experience, preferably working in a labor/employment litigation practice.
- Bilingual (English + Spanish) Strongly Preferred!
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- $18.00 – $24.00 an hour, depending on experience.
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Able to operate a multi-line phone, calculator, and cell phone.
