Enters accurate client information into agency management system Processes change requests, follows up with carriers as needed, reviews endorsements for accuracy, and generates accurate invoices Creates correspondence to carriers and clients.

Sets up Notice of Cancellations and Reinstatements.

Processes final cancellations.

Process final audits and sends to insured.

Updates lost business spreadsheet Issues certificates of insurance and evidences of property Prepares policy binder, renewals, and other documents for delivery to insured Orders loss runs from insurance carriers.

Reviews loss data and premium data to calculate loss ratios Collaborates with Account Executive.

Account Manager, and/or Marketing Executive in the preparation of documents for presentation to clients and prospective clients, including pre-renewal analysis, quote comparisons, and proposals using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe software products Assists Account Executive, Account Manager, and/or Marketing Executive as needed to follow up on pending items with insurance carriers Rates lines of coverage and obtains quotes as needed, using various insurance carrier rating platforms Updates driver, equipment, and vehicle schedule and makes MVR requests if required Other duties as assigned.

Insurance Account Coordinator Role Requirements: Open to new grads with no experience or junior-level talent with goals to grow a rewarding career 1 years of Commercial Lines agency experience preferred (No related experience necessary with a Bachelor’s degree) College degree preferred Active California State Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain license upon starting Tech-savvy; Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, basic Excel, etc.) and ability to pick up software quickly.

Must have proficiency with Excel including basic formulas, cleaning up data sets, etc.
