HR Coordinator

Job Description HR COORDINATOR Irvine, C Project Description: Under general supervision, assists HR team and clients through various administrative functions.

Projects and support may include
– detail work with HR data collection and reporting activities, data analysis and communication as required for HR activities, support for employee performance and development programs, coordination and presentation of employee information meetings, coordination of employee hiring and orientation programs, participation in benefits administration and communication activities, research, and investigation support.

Support Shared Services.

Trained to help support call volume, and daily cases and will provide support through multiple HR service delivery channels (phone calls, emails, case management system) within the HR service delivery framework and document details of all calls/requests.

Building and/or refreshing knowledge.

Coaching and feedback to the 1hrSource team members.

Identify training opportunities to bridge knowledge gaps; identify and communicate trends.

Required Skills: High School Diploma or G.E.D.

and six (6) years administrative work experience, preferably in a Human Resources office environment.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Associate degree preferred.

Critical competencies include: a strong customer service focus, exceptional listening skills, knowledge in Workday, and also Service Now case system knowledge while working in a shared services environment, ability to follow established policy and procedures, attention to detail and a sense of urgency/timeliness.

Continuously look for improvements to current processes and practices to increase overall efficiencies reduce costs and continuously improve overall processes.

Incumbents in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking, vision to monitor, and moderate noise levels.

Work is performed in an office environment.

Knowledge of systems (i.e., Workday and Service Now).

This position requires driving.

This 6 month position starts ASAP.
