Compensation Minimum:$66,800 Compensation Maximum:$107,000
Summary:
The Identity and Access Management Engineer will be part of a business unit align security product team focused on building, implementing and operating enterprise IAM services.

The IAM Engineer will work directly with business partners to ensure the IAM services and technology are delivered in accordance to the needs of the business.

They will be part of a team that is responsible for all IAM technology encompassing directory services, identity administration, access management, group management, user authentication and authorization, job role definition and certifications. 
In this role, the IAM engineer will also work with many cross functional teams including operating company teams, enterprise teams, security leadership to grow and mature IAM security services.

The successful candidate will have excellent collaboration and communication skills.

You will:
Act as primary contact for one (or more) operating companies, understanding the unique business requirements and services required
Be part of the Enterprise Security team, delivering shared services managed by the team
Integrate and manage IGA, PAM, MFA and SSO technologies
Assist in documenting and maintaining effective internal IAM control processes and procedures
Assist in developing and maintaining service catalog for IAM services
Report and communicate adherence to shared services SLA’s, in coordination with the overall enterprise team scorecards
Prepare reports and artifacts for internal and external audits
Automate process to identify access discrepancies and remediate the issues
Demonstrate excellent problem solving, troubleshooting and communication skills

Job Description:

Primary Accountabilities
Participate in the development, integration, and testing of cyber products Researches, engineers, and integrates new security solutions.

Performs cyber defense incident triage, including determining potential impact and identifying the specific vulnerability Participate in the development and maintenance of the security systems and solutions Build strong relationships with Peers across functions through collaborative engineering operations and initiatives.

Participate in the design, and implementation of automated solutions to enable security needs Develops system-security measures to ensure Cybersecurity is fully integrated Manages, analyzes and responds to the changing system and data access needs of the company and our clients with agility and flexibility
Education & Licenses
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information assurance, MIS or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service Basic knowledge and understanding of software engineering architectures, system/software designs, and system deployments Basic knowledge and understanding of Cyber Security, Cyber Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering Basic knowledge and understanding of security technologies and application development methodologies.

Demonstrated experience performing cyber threat analysis and incident response.

Working knowledge of penetration testing.

Solid knowledge and understanding of directory services and identity stores.

Travel Requirements
This position requires travel up to 10% of the time.

5+ years of Active Directory Administration experience 3+ years of relevant work experience in the identity and access management field.

Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels across multiple business units Experience establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders (e.g.

Legal, Business Development, Internal Audit, Fraud Prevention, Physical Security, Software Developer Community, Network Engineering, etc.) Excellent problem-solving skills and development of creative solutions Excellent leadership, teamwork and collaboration skills Results oriented, high energy, self-motivated Continuous learner
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline Sound knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), ADLDS, AzureAD Experience running services within AWS Experience with SailPoint IGA
– IIQ Experience with Okta Experience with Privileged Access Management Tools (i.e.

CyberArk) Hands-on experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and SAML 2.0 protocols and deployment Exposure to cloud AAA technologies (i.e.

AWS and Google) Knowledge and experience with Identity and Access Management technologies Experience with user provisioning, system authorization, PKI, MFA, AAA solutions, and password vaulting systems and services 5+ years’ experience working on large scale systems
