Duties:
– Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units
– Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters
– Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
– Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems
– Follow blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to ensure proper installation and repair of HVAC equipment
– Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
– Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete larger projects
Skills:
– Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
– Familiarity with electrical systems and wiring
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
– Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system issues
– Experience with appliance repair and maintenance
– Knowledge of property maintenance practices
– Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
– Valid driver’s license for van driving duties
