HR/Talent Acquisition Specialist – URGENT

A luxury e-commerce retail company that was rated “one the best places to work” is looking to add a full-cycle TA Specialist with some HR duties to lead their recruiting initiatives. This position is looking for someone that can coach and educate line managers on market trends, full-cycle recruiting for a fast-paced environment, and managing a healthy candidate pipeline. This position does offer flexibility for a stellar candidate but in the office at least 3 days a week to connect with line manager hiring needs.

Qualified candidates must have:

  • At least 3 years experience as a full-cycle recruiter
  • E-commerce or retail industry experience preferred
  • MUST be Bilingual Spanish
  • Experience with ATS systems, onboarding docs, and new hire orientation
  • Exceptional communication skills – providing guidance to line managers in the technical department
  • Collaborating and working WITH line managers on open reqs
  • Personable, adaptable and self-managed
