Join us in seeking a new vision for the future of health OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS Operate as the system expert with a focus on data integrity and security for the HRIS, Applicant Tracking, L, Payroll, including all implementations, upgrades, and optimization Collaborate with external broker to administer benefits programs Develop HR Reporting (Dashboard) and appropriate delivery to internal users Provide exceptional and timely internal customer service to the HR Team and all employees Own the onboarding and offboarding experience, continually improving for best results Conduct audits of human resources data to preserve integrity and accuracy Assist with analytical and administrative support tasks for priority projects of varying complexity Assist with payroll processing and act as backup payroll administrator Maintain career ladder, conduct pay equity analyses, source and analyze market data Remain current on all state, federal and local employment laws and regulations Special Projects and assignments as needed Requirements Bachelor’s degree required Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in professional services or healthcare environment Payroll and benefits experience preferred Experience in using and optimizing HRIS system internally Strong abilities in discretion, judgment, building trust, and confidentiality Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills Demonstrated resourcefulness, ability to take initiative, and think outside the box to develop solutions Organized and detail oriented Thrives a fast-paced, start-up environment Atria requires all employees conducting in person work at its NYC offices to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and submit proof of vaccination before their start date.
