Job Description The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for human resources duties, recruitment (posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, gathering feedback from management and assisting applicants through the due diligence process), training staff members, and other duties as assigned.
Primary focus will be recruitment related.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks, will be exceedingly well organized and flexible, and will enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people and programs.
This is a dynamic and fast paced environment in manufacturing, with various types of jobs and requires the mental agility to quickly jump from one task to the next.
This is an in-person, on-site position and is not remote based.
