There is an immediate opportunity for a Mortgage Loan Closer to support our national banking client’s office in Los Angeles, CA. This is a full-time, remote position (candidates must be in California) with a competitive salary and quarterly bonus.

- You have 2+ years of recent Mortgage Closing / Document Drawer experience

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Ensures file and documents meet all applicable bank and compliance requirements
- Confirms all required wait periods are met based on proposed closing date
- Confirms that documents are prepared within established turn times and consistently meet deadlines
- Verifies and inputs loan information accurately into loan origination system
- Verifies Prior to Document conditions have been signed off
- Other duties as/or assigned by management
- This role will focus on documents and not funding; 5-8 closings per day
MUST-HAVES FOR THIS ROLE:
- H.S. Diploma
- 2+ years of mortgage Closing/Doc Drawer experience
- Recent TRID experience
- California resident
- Minimum 1 year basic computer experience (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Firm knowledge of federal/state regulatory policies and procedures (TRID experience required)
- Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline driven environment
- Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Loan Origination systems
