The Role
We’re hiring an HR Generalist to support our People team’s strategy to help retain and grow best-in-class talent and provide employees with a great working experience.
As an HR Generalist you’ll assist with the daily functions of the Human Resources department.

This may include on-boarding/off-boarding, recruiting, benefits, leaves, performance management, learning and development, and organizational culture.

You’ll also help with HR Business Partner work, assisting with employee relations, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

What you’ll do:
Assist the company with all of its HR needs to enable continued growth
Conduct on-boarding and off-boarding to help provide a positive experience throughout the employee lifecycle
Assist with HR Business Partner work, helping guide specific business functions in areas such as talent management and annual HR initiatives (performance reviews, compensation reviews, etc.)
Provide HR administration support and execute HR programs such as benefits, leaves of absence, performance management, and learning & development
Provide compliance support by remaining knowledgeable in the areas federal, state, and local employment laws and regularly reviewing company policies and practices to ensure compliance
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications

What you’ll need: *

Bachelor’s degree
3+ years experience in the Human Resources field
Oversee administrative workplace duties, including coordinating with vendors
Provide assistance and support with any HR related work (internal communications, payroll, talent acquisition, events, etc.)
Exceptional relationship-building skills
Experience working across multiple HR functions
A sense of urgency and ownership to drive issues to completion
Knowledge of employment law and compliance
Ability to coach, influence, and facilitate across all levels of the organization
Demonstrated integrity and ethics in handling confidential information
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and responsibilities in parallel
Bonus points for:
PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification
Experience within a high-growth tech or CPG company
