Condé Nast Entertainment was launched in 2011 to develop film, television and premium digital video programming.The Position:The People Coordinator will support the organization’s revenue-generating functions (Commercial Revenue and Consumer Marketing) as it relates to People initiatives, strategies and programs to help drive business results at one of the top media organizations, through delivery and facilitation of People best practices and procedures.

Under the guidance of the SVP, Global People Business Partner, Commercial Revenue and Consumer Marketing, the People Coordinator will assist with delivering operational, strategic and consultative partnership to internal client groups.

The ideal candidate will be willing and able to roll up their sleeves and problem-solve anything that comes their way.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Process data changes, promotions and terminations through the HRIS system WorkdayMaintain administration reporting through org chart updates, headcount summaries and recordkeepingParticipate in, and support key HR initiatives, including new hire check-ins, exit interviews, annual surveys and analyzing metricsAbility to work effectively with colleagues across the People function, globally, to ensure the alignment and collaborationServe as point of contact and subject matter expert for all HR related questions or issuesAdditional ad hoc projects as they come upDESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s DegreePreferred: 1-2 years of experience in human resources related positionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCollaborative mindset and ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and work in a globally matrixed environmentStrong knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets and Powerpoint or Google SlidesHighly motivated self-starterProcess and detail oriented, including strong organization, time management and prioritization skillsDemonstrated ability to understand the clients’ businessProven ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to multi-task and work well under time constraintsCondé Nast is an equal opportunity employer.
