Job Summary: This position is contingent upon contract award.
Amentum is seeking a Help Desk Analyst in Fort Belvoir, VA to support PEO Soldier programs.
Responsibilities:Respond to user queries on troubleshooting IT systems.Process requests for Access and deactivation.Forward trouble tickets to appropriate administrator SMEs or higher echelons.
Minimum Requirements: Must be currently working on a PM IVAS contract.Must be a U.S citizen.Must possess a valid Secret security clearance.Bachelor’s degree in IT with 4 years providing Help Desk support.
