Heavy Equipment Operator

Full Time -Equipment Operator/Laborer Daily pick up and drop off of company work truck from our equipment yard off of Lowell Snohomish River Road in Snohomish, is required.

90 Day Probationary Period.

After the probationary period, you are eligible for: Six paid holidays per year Medical and Dental insurance is available after 90 days.

– $34 per hour DOE Responsibilities: We are looking for a full-time, year-round experienced Equipment Operator /Laborer who: Has experience in mainline water, sewer, and storm drain installation, along with setting manholes and catch basins.

(Most work located in the City of Seattle, must be knowledgeable with Seattle codes) Must be able to read and understand blueprints and site plans Must have a working knowledge of digging out foundations to grade Concrete and asphalt patching experience is a plus.

Willingness to do labor work The ability to run a crew is a plus Small Family-run Business Qualifications: Must have a valid WA State Driver’s License Ensure all equipment is in safe operating condition, is in compliance with all applicable Federal, State and Local regulations and requirements, and is in complete adherence to all current Health & Safety Rules and Regulations.

Must be multi-task oriented and have strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skill.

Understand all equipment capabilities and requirements of different types of jobs.

The ability to run a job and crew is a plus.

Confirm all pre-project clearances, notifications, and conditions are met.

Maintains required project documentation for assigned jobs to assure accuracy, quality, timeliness and all required actions are completed.

Coordinate with Supervisors & Operations Management to assure proper scheduling and resource needs are met and carried out.

Report progress of all assigned projects to Supervisors & Operations Management.
