Head of Total Rewards

The Head of Total Rewards will serve as a strategic leader responsible for the strategy, design, management and implementation of innovative, market-competitive total rewards packages for national and international employees with a focus on corporate level population.

TOTAL REWARDS STRATEGY Further refine total rewards programs and policies, ensuring alignment and embodiment of cultural values, leadership principles and company strategy.

Apply current and emerging market trends to identify and address potential opportunities and gaps.

Accountable for budget, program and policy recommendations and short/medium to longer-term planning.

Manage partnerships with third-party benefits brokers, vendors, consultants, and advisors to regularly review offerings, plan designs, eligibility requirements, and participation.

Coordinate and lead total rewards councils Maintain expert knowledge of pay and benefit laws/regulations, providing oversight and guidance of internal procedure to ensure compliance and consistency COMPENSATION Develops and manages total cash compensation philosophy and approaches (base, variable and bonus compensation plus reward and recognition programs) Collaborate with Finance and Leadership to build and manage compensation budgets.

Leads the strategy and execution of our annual merit increase process Creates total reward experts by accurately interpreting, counseling, communicating, and educating recruiting, business partners, managers and executives on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretations, and job evaluations for current and new positions.

Partner with HR to optimize all compensation processes including plan design, market competitiveness, distribution and sign off.

Qualifications 10+ years’ experience in total rewards, compensation and benefits, compensation consulting, human resources management or an equivalent field Proven experience creating and managing innovative, compelling compensation and total rewards programs in a fast-paced environment; skilled at interpreting business needs and making decisions based on emerging priorities Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and trends into key insights and recommendations; financial prowess and ability to build and manage budgets, build predictive and projective models, full understanding of equity practices, accounting and taxation, etc.

Proven ability to track, prioritize and drive to success multiple concurrent projects; demonstrated expertise as an executor, with strong operational background Experience in M&A due diligence and integration Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across multiple levels of an organization on key compensation and benefits topics; excels at openness and flexibility with internal clients, balanced with maintaining consistency in total rewards philosophies and practices Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills Highest level of integrity and management of confidential information Search Solution Group – Headhunting Top Talent.
