We are seeking a Head of Digital Product Management based at our global headquarters in Allentown, PA or at one of our US-based hubs.

We are also considering remote locations for an exceptional candidate.

The Head of Digital Product Management is a critical leadership role and reports to the VP of Digital Transformation.

In this role, you will introduce new capability to the organization as part of our ongoing Digital Transformation.

This role will help realize company goals for simplification of operations, enriching customer interactions and digital business model innovation.

You will lead product development teams in the incubation, iterative development, and value realization of product roadmaps.

You will partner closely with business leaders to define and measure the value generated from each digital product and/or feature release.

Key outcomes for the role include: Develop and mature capabilities required for the entire lifecycle of a digital product, from inception to launch.

Own and prioritize strategic product roadmaps in line with customer needs and corporate strategy.

Analyze market fit, track adoption, and realize/articulate business value of the investment.

Lead matrixed products teams to release product features incrementally through agile & DevOps methodologies.

Evaluate and progress strategic partnerships focused on creating shared value that will allow Air Products to reach customers in more markets and more channels.

Partner with the regional P&L leaders to innovate and bring to market new digital business models.

Implement an innovation intake process that aligns to DT’s enterprise planning process (EPP) and supports our critical metrics.

Qualifications Demonstrable experience (12 years) in the field of software development, digital marketing, or product management.

At least 8 years of leadership experience in a global environment and across multiple sites.

Great interpersonal skills paired with a high level of assertiveness.

Able to connect with management and senior management as well as with employees, colleagues, and external customers.

Strong analytical, strategic, and coordinating skills.

Focused on supervising and reporting key product metrics that realize business value.

A leader and an entrepreneur that people willingly follow.

High level motivational skills to manage virtual teams.

Sound knowledge and understanding of business and technology, and the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Ability to travel to internal or customer sites.

Industrial experience preferred.
