Head of Customer Experience

Description

  • As director of customer experience you will be in charge of overseeing the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives that improve customer relations and brand loyalty. We need a leader who can implement planning skills, establish goals, KPIs, and metrics that can help improve customer experience. This leader will design a system for exemplary customer experience post sale.In this position you will be responsible for overseeing the progress of different departments, ensuring everyone is working to meet these goals and objectives.

  • Meet with top-level executives and product and marketing departmentsto discuss potential plans and initiatives to implement.
  • Design and implement systems to provide white glove post sale experience.

  • Collect and analyze data to make well-informed business decisions.
  • Gather feedback, such as surveys, from customers to learn more about their experience with the company.
  • Motivate team members to meet company goals and push for success.
