The Role Content is the fuel that drives our marketing engine.

We are looking for a seasoned head of content to build and run an extensive content marketing program across multiple content types and channels.

You will build and manage a team of experienced writers and editors to develop impactful content tailored to key external audiences.

Your impact Build and lead a diverse team of writers and editors to power our content engine Develop and execute an omni-channel content strategy across content types, including sales content and collateral, customer emails, blogs, reports, video, podcasts, social, web and earned media Develop and refine our corporate voice, ensure consistency of voice across channels Nurture strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts Create a process to manage the submission,creation and revision of content from various stakeholders Develop a reporting plan to measure success Oversee the development of impactful SEO strategy and content In this role we value 10 years of writing, content marketing and editorial experience 5 years of people management experience, a seasoned manager who has built diverse teams Experienced leading content for b2b companies in technology, security or fintech Masterful at simplifying the complex into easily understood concepts for multiple audiences Knack for focusing on the big picture story, while maintaining an eye for detail Able to simultaneously manage multiple projects, prioritize and resolve complex problems and escalate as necessary Familiar with WordPress CMS, customer communication platforms like Hubspot and Marketo, social media platforms
