Who We’re Seeking:

We are looking for a seasoned consumer insights leader to join our team at Omaze!

This is a unique opportunity to define the direction of the Insights Team at a company that is experiencing rapid growth.

You will work closely with leadership and our Marketing, Product, and Merchandising/Experience teams to represent the voice of the customer and evolve our customer experience globally.

You believe that insights and data are essential to driving effective strategy.

You are a fierce advocate for customer needs and have hands-on experience using insights to drive significant product and brand outcomes.

You think big picture, but remain dedicated to the details and execution of the work.

You take care to lead a team that celebrates differences of opinion and diversity of thought.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Develop and drive the Omaze research roadmap (including initiatives that fall into marketing research, prizing research and user research).

  • Build influence with leadership and provide direction on how to incorporate insights and data into strategic decision-making.

  • Be responsible for growing the Insights Team in sustainable ways, including continuing to define what research is at Omaze.

  • Manage a small team of Consumer Insights and User Experience researchers and invest in their growth.

  • Design and execute critical quantitative and qualitative research projects through partnership with agencies/vendors, and at times, conduct these projects yourself using internal platforms and tools.

    • Be responsible for leading specific research initiatives, like:

    • New market entry
      – helping Omaze grow internationally in a responsible way.

    • Reputation management
      – tracking brand awareness and perceptions of Omaze.

    • Prizing interest tracking
      – helping Omaze keep our finger on the pulse of our customers and continue to offer them dream prizes.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in marketing research, consumer insights.

  • Track record of leading multi-country research initiatives, comfort with global projects.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can change rapidly.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience advising senior management on insights from research and consumer trends.

  • Skilled at translating complex topics and research findings into digestible, actionable insights.

  • Experience managing a diverse set of stakeholders across multiple business lines (e.g.

    marketing, product, sales, etc.)

  • Experience building relationships with agencies/vendors, managing them, and guiding them to ensure results are as relevant and actionable a s possible.

  • Experience moderating 1:1 interviews or focus groups.

  • Proven track record of guiding marketing and product teams to deliver consumer-led outcomes.

  • Experience managing small teams, with a focus on coaching and collaborative learning.
