Head of Card Operations – Visa or Mastercard Platform Exp

You will be building the Product Market fit of the card program from the ground up and will be responsible for the initial rollout of the product to customers in C2FO’s ecosystem. You will focus on supplier segmentation and create the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for the launch of C2FO’s card program. 

We are seeking a self starter who has experience marketing a card program in the past, preferably in the B2B space. We are looking for someone with expertise across the card space, with experience at another Fintech or bank card provider.  You will create go-to-market plans that show a deep understanding of Supplier segments and content strategy for stages in the acquisition process and will be able to effectively articulate how C2FO Card clearly solves working capital problems. Working closely with Product, Sales and Marketing Channel partners, you will develop differentiated and compelling messaging, marketing plans and drive creative demand generation programs that deliver measurable market momentum and results.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • You will independently develop messaging and positioning for C2FO’s card program. Informed by market and supplier research, sales feedback, and product knowledge, you will determine how to position and message products in a compelling way for suppliers in our ecosystem
  • Lead the go-to-market strategy. You will immediately be ingrained in the C2FO card working group and be involved in the development of the product while developing the primary go-to-market effort to acquire card users. You will set goals related to engagement and adoption planning over a staged rollout period
  • You will create creative marketing campaigns, ideation for thought leadership content and campaigns to drive revenue for the card program
  • You will be highly knowledgeable across the competitive landscape for B2B cards, researching competitors, and generating ideas for new product features and sales strategies based on changing market dynamics
  • You will collaborate effectively with colleagues across the company to ensure alignment with product objectives, alignment of consumer marketing assets, brand standards and product registration and revenue goals
  • Communicate the value proposition of the card program and work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Program Management partners for market launches and initiatives
  • You will plan, track and manage launch checklists and project plans supporting market launch and GTM readiness. 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years working in demand generation, marketing communications and product marketing related to a card program
  • Card product launch experience, preferably B2B 

Job Related Experience

  • Current or previously held position as Product Marketing Manager for a card program
  • Demonstrated highly organized project management skills
  • Financial Services or Fintech industry a plus
  • Knowledge marketing automation systems for lead management and reporting
  • Impeccable written communication and content development skills
  • PowerPoint and Microsoft Office fluency
