Pop-A-Lock of West LA, an established locksmith company based in the Southbay, is looking to fill two Locksmith Trainee positions. Complete training is provided and includes all locksmith duties such as rekeying and installing locks, doors and door closers, access control systems, picking locks, and originating keys for a wide variety of cars and trucks. All locksmith equipment is provided. No prior locksmith experience necessary.
This is an entry level position with tremendous opportunity for growth into in-depth commercial or automotive locksmithing, management, and security system applications.

Responsibilities
– Quickly respond to customer service requests with professionalism and integrity
– Communicate effectively with customers to understand concerns and provide timely solutions
– Professionally perform work efficiently and to and the customers complete satisfaction
– Accurate complete all necessary paperwork to document service provided
– Accurate manage work orders and receipts in a timely manner
– Maintain equipment and inventory on assigned company vehicle
– Establish positive relationships in the community and promote the company with existing and potential customers
– Generate income based on hourly rate plus commission, bonuses, and tips
