Front Desk Associate (On-Call) – OC/Long Beach

Action Property Management, the leader in community management, is seeking part time ON CALL Front Desk Associates to join our team to fill in at various luxury HOA’s throughout the Orange County and Long Beach areas.

Job Summary:

  • Represent Action Property Management and the association by greeting residents, guests, and other visitors at the Front Desk in a welcoming and professional manner.
  • Maintain the appearance of the Front Desk area, Lobby, and main elevators
  • Monitor lobby activity and maintain access control
  • Provide concierge services
  • Complete Daily Activity Report
  • Receive and distribute resident parcels
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Address resident and guest concerns and questions
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of the association’s governing documents

Scheduled : Varies, Must have a flexible schedule and must be willing to drive to various locations across LA and OC.

On Call Front Desk Associates have the ability to sign up for open shifts ahead of time, also might be called in for emergency situations.

Compensation: $16.50 per hourand $21.00 per hour on company observed holidays

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience. Hospitality, luxury retail or fine dining experience is highly desired.
  • Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
  • Upbeat and positive team player attitude.
  • Strong judgement and solutions oriented
  • Proactive customer service approach

-High-Rise residential highly preferred
-Hospitality (hotel/restaurant) highly preferred
-High end retail/retail experience preferred
-Must have a flexible schedule
**Must work a minimum of 3 shifts per month**
