Framing Foreman

Work assignments may include the following tasks:

  • Repair siding, trim, decks and railings using woodworking tools, hand tools, and power tools
  • Shape or cut materials to specified measurements
  • Ensure that all work is of high quality
  • Maintain and a neat and orderly work-site and leave job cleaned-up at the end of each day
  • Communicate job progress and expectations internally.
  • Other tasks assigned as needed

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Experience in tear out, framing, decking, siding, and trim
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively prioritize and manage time and workload to meet company and client needs
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships
  • May be subject to harsh environmental conditions, both inside and outside, as well as elevated heights.
  • Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, climb, balance and crouch
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs. unassisted and 150 lbs. in team lift
  • Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment, including full face respirator
  • Must have valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record, as well as reliable transportation
  • Must have own tools
