Internal operations teams are to provide seamless service to existing customers.

Reporting directly to the Floorplan Title Manager.

The individual should possess an excellent work ethic with a high energy level, motivation, enthusiasm, and ambition.

This associate will need proactive communication and ability to execute independently while maintaining the teamwork environment in a positive fashion.The Floorplan Operations Coordinator is responsible for handling daily title processing including but not limited to reviewing, scanning, filing, and sending titles.

Also handling customer inquiries, and general reporting.

Floorplan title associates will be responsible for ensuring these responsibilities are handled within established cutoff times while maintaining above average customer service.What we are looking forIndividuals are expected to possess basic administrative skills.

Become proficient in operating within Salesforce and NetSuite, which will be utilized in managing the titles.Attention to detail is paramount in ensuring that titles are handled correctly to our ACV Capital floorplan dealers the individual must have administrative skills and attention to details.What you will doResponsible for preparation and the shipping of FedEx shipmentsScan Titles into our systemsSeparating and filing titlesEnsure prompt follow-up is maintained in title processing and completed in a timely and efficient manner.Interface directly with Salesforce and NetSuite to track titles as well as handle all questions or concerns that may arise.Other administrative duties as needed.What you will needA minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.A minimum of 6 months in an administrative position.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume office setting.Demonstrated ability to take independent initiative.Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift to 30 lbs.Ability to perform a variety of duties/ movements including, but not limited to sitting, standing, walking, reaching, lifting, bending, stooping, kneeling, finger dexterity, repetitive motions.Ability to work in office, with extensive safety precautions in place.What we will offer:Comprehensive Benefits offerings for benefits eligible Teammates.Unique culture that truly values each and every Teammate.Career Development and Future Growth Opportunities.At ACV, we are committed to an inclusive culture in which every individual is welcomed and empowered to celebrate their true selves.
