Floating Office Coordinator – D1 – FT – Store TBD

Position: Head Cashier (Office Coordinator) Positions eligible to bid: all team members and department managers may apply to be considered.

Enhance department top line and bottom line potential by building relationships with team members and guests through effective leadership.

Candidates must be available to work within the hours directed by the store director to serve our guests during peak business time periods and within the schedules of the collective bargaining agreement.

Must embrace, provide and lead dominant guest satisfaction at all times Enhance a selling culture through effective team engagement Assist store manager in the preparation and handling of cash, sales and other reports handle cash, checks, coupons and other tenders according to company policy Perform administrative tasks Maintain records and files for both administrative and business reports Over see general operating and guest satisfaction protocols Utilization of business transformation tools designed to leverage the overall all shopping experience and improve productivity standards Collaborate and work well with other team members Provide effective coaching and feedback to enhance teams performance and drive true accountability Perform other duties assigned by store director Eligibility criteria: Able to work the required schedule Able to perform the essential functions of the job Able to count money quickly and accurately Able to supervise associates Must have successfully completed the checker training course Received “dominate guest satisfaction” Be able to work at any location in the district
