Robert Half Legal is recruiting a team of legal administrative professionals for an On-Site opportunity with a lemon law firm located in Century City/Los Angeles, CA.
The primary responsibilities will include: conducting fact-finding telephone interviews to turn potential cases into clients, client case intake and tracking potential cases, and customer service related matters.
Project Details:
• Duration: 2
– 3 months (with the possibility of permanent offer extended)
• Start Date: June 22nd
• Mandatory working hours: Monday
– Saturday with 2 Shifts available: 10:30AM
– 3:30PM OR 8AM
– 5PM with a 1-hour break
• Spanish Bilingual abilities are preferred but not required

• Be a Los Angeles area resident
• Be willing to go On-Site (Remote is not optional for this role)
• Have excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
• Display comfort and confidence when interacting with clients/customers
• Candidates should be comfortable meeting daily and weekly quotas
• Possess excellent analytical, customer service, and time management skills
