Overview:Come work at First Entertainment Credit Union as a Mortgage Loan Officer to help our members achieve lifelong Real Estate goals!Responsibilities: ResponsibilitiesDevelops relationships with assigned branches to increase awareness of real estate and to capture loans by setting appointments with members in the branches.Participates in special events to promote Credit Union loans, products, and services.Originates first and second trust deed mortgage loans in accordance with investor guidelines, state and federal compliance requirements, and the Credit Union policy.Issues loan pre-qualifications by adhering to Credit Union policies and procedures.Obtains fully completed and accurate applications and submit to the mortgage processors in atimely manner.Inputs the loans into the automated underwriting system and run credit reports as required.Accurately quotes loan rates and rate lock terms Company OverviewAt First Entertainment Credit Union.
