is seeking a Business Development Assistant to join our team located in Plantation, Florida.
As a Business Development Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Business Development and Office Services team, as well as the company as a whole.
This includes day to day activities such as filling marketing requests, managing inventory and marketing reports, and assisting with preparation for company events.

Responsibilities: Responsibilities include:Manage the company marketing inbox and respond appropriately to client inquiriesHandle the printing, ordering, and preparation of all marketing flyersAssist with the coordinating or conventions/eventsManage all inventory reports and digital marketing reportsFill requests from underwriters for business cards and promotional itemsAssist the office manager in projects; retreats, holidays, birthdays, office treats, vendor relationsAssist with mailroom responsibilities (posting and shipping)Assist with incoming calls (as needed) Qualifications: Job Requirements:Two-year or four-year degree (Marketing or Business preferred, but not required) Strong customer orientation, excellent interpersonal and communication skillsTeam player with a commitment to company valuesOrganizational skills with the ability to multitaskIntermediate experience in internet research, typing, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook Who We AreBass Underwriters, Inc.
