Instillations include ducted and ductless equipment.

Required Qualifications:Pass background and drug screenValid driver’s license, and insurable driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalent 2 years of HVAC experienceUniversal EPA Certification06A Electrical Trainee cardProficient in installing Gas PipeProficient in installing Refrigeration PipeProficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systemsProficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation of all residential systemsAble to train and supervise othersExceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundingsAbility to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customer as well as companyAbility to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprintsAdvanced customer service skillsDemonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership rolesKnowledge of and ability to follow city and county installation codesWillingness to invest time in training and classesQualifications desired:Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical SchoolNATE Certified3 years’ experiencePossess tools needed
