Entertainment studio is seeking a temporary Coordinator to support their Theatrical Finance department.
Duties include:
– Audit & Box Office data entry into system
– Invoicing and collecting film rental/revenue from Theater Circuits, applying film payments from Theater Owners and Circuits
– Account Reconciliation: trial balances, audit payment terms and revenue calculations
– Meetings and Reporting as required
Minimum Qualifications:
– Experience in MS excel is required
– Very detail-oriented, confident/professional communication skills
– Experience in Accounts Receivable or collections is preferred
