If you want to be challenged to up your game and make a difference, then join us in giving the world reason to cheer Job Summary: The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the SVP, CISO and SVP, Data Analytics & Strategy; along with general Digital Services office support. This includes front line servicing of staff, vendors, and visitors. Essential Functions: Provide complex and confidential support to the SVP CISO & SVP Data Analytics; ensures priorities stay top of mind; takes lead on assigned projects and oversee task through completion. Handled executive phone and email and determines priorities. Screens incoming correspondence and responds independently Manage and submit all expenses, and monitor departmental expense budget. Responsible for coordinating logistics relate to ordering, moving, storing, and distributing office supplies. Provide status updates and budget support for the Security and GRC Organization. Keep SVP CISO on target for due dates, tasks, etc. Responsible for coordinating event and/or logistics related to events, included overseeing budget and expenses, internal/external resources, and ensuring all expenses are accounted and logged. Compile data from multiple sources, reviews data for accuracy, and summarize via PowerPoint presentations, Excel, and Power BI. Rely on incumbent’s sound judgment and knowledge of the business priorities, incumbent must manage Microsoft Outlook calendar (scheduling both internal and external meetings) to ensure relevant meetings are scheduled in a timely manner according to those business priorities Required Qualifications: BA/BS Degree or its equivalency 2-4 years Related administrative and/or office support experience Strong customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and ability to learn business related computer systems. Excellent oral and written communication skills Maintains professional disposition at all times, especially when interacting with high level executives Highly organized, attention to detail, and able to quickly access records and information Ability to work on multiple and competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines Inquisitive with a desire for continued learning Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when working with sensitive employee and business data AEG reserves the right to change or modify the employee’s job description whether orally or in writing, at any time during the employment relationship.
