Executive Assistant(Remote)

Responsibilities

The Outlines Inc. is responsible for providing support on special projects, initiatives, and specific activities which will vary by assignment.

Essential Functions

* Specific activities will vary by assignment

* Participate in projects such as member feedback, staff feedback, and data analysis

* Work with operations to create an impact tracker to help streamline work flows.

* Participate in team meetings

* Professional development to help further your career

* Perform any other job duties as requested

Education And Experience

* High School Diploma or equivalent is required

* Current college / university undergraduate or graduate student in a credited degree program is required

Competencies, Knowledge And Skills

* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

* Good written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to work independently and within a team environment

* Effective listening and critical thinking skills

* Dependable, flexible and ability to maintain confidential information

* Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Compensation Range

$33,200.00 – $53,000.00 Hart Inc. takes into consideration a combination of a candidates education, training, and experience as well as the positions scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. We are highly invested in every employees total well-being and offer a substantial and comprehensive total rewards package.
