What You’ll Do: As a key member of the Salomon North America leadership team, the Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the President & General Manager by managing calendars, preparing reports, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings and other daily tasks.

This role will be a confidant to the President & GM, displaying emotional intelligence and diplomacy while appropriately pushing back and challenging the status quo when necessary.

He/She will also partner with the local and global leadership teams to ensure effectiveness and clarity of communication throughout the business.

This role acts as the key link between departments, ensuring the strategic drumbeat is consistently visible and followed, ensuring business objectives are met.

The EA acts as Project Manager for the leadership team of Salomon North America, supporting high level workstreams across the various functions to ensure business strategies are being executed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily: Manage executive calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings and resolving conflictsManage executive inbox and correspondence Assist in coordinating priorities, managing conflicts and providing timely information and updatesPrepare presentation materials or other important internal communicationsAttend executive or other meetings as required, and document meeting minutes and follow up on action itemsMay be required to represent the executive at meetings and interact with individuals at the highest levels both internally and externallyUse independent judgement in identifying and resolving problems and outagesMust use judgement and discretion when advising others of the executive’s view on policies and other issuesCoordinate domestic and international travelOrganize meetings, events, off-sites Perform other duties and admin-related tasks as assignedManage and coordinate special projects and programs, act as leader of PMO (project management office)Maintain North American scorecards and reporting dashboards What We’re Looking For: REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related preferred2-3 years of executive supportStrong cross-functional project management experience QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES & COMPETENCIES The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
