Executive Assistant

A consulting and engineering firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their owner and keep them on track with their numerous projects and meetings. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant and 1+ years of accounting experience, with a high-energy, fast-paced work style. The successful candidate will work onsite at the Los Angeles location and report directly to the owner.

Pay Range: $65,000 – $75,000 DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Managing data entry for bills (10 a month)
  • Research data for project managers
  • Communicate with vendors
  • Order supplies for the office
  • Monitor company expenses
  • Managing calendars including scheduling meetings
  • Sorting mail for the company
  • Responding to customer inquiries and following through with concerns
  • Assisting employees with administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sharp, detail-oriented, and organized
