Vaco Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join a fast-growing and highly professional team. The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing the busy schedules and important communications of the CEO and other executive leaders.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, make travel arrangements
- Screen and direct phone calls, review and respond to emails, and address all other forms of inquiries
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, clients, partners, etc.
- Format information for internal/external communication checking for proper spelling and grammar
- Prepare expense reports and presentations
- Organize and maintain a filing system
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a professional, corporate environment
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with a strong drive to succeed
- Excellent communication and organization skills
