Commercial Litigation Attorney – CA License Required But Location Flexible
Our national commercial litigation practice is seeking a California-licensed attorney for an associate position to join our strong national practice. Qualified candidates will have excellent writing and oratorical skills with two to five years of experience in business or intellectual property litigation, and a degree from a top tier-one law school. While candidates residing in California are preferred, the firm will consider exceptional candidates located in other states that may be able to work from one of our non-California offices.
Preferred candidates will have drafted and argued dispositive motions, have deposition experience, and case management experience in commercial and complex business litigation.
