Office Manager/Assistant in Downtown Los Angeles Real Estate Litigation Firm
Our client is searching for a SUPERSTAR for a small real estate litigation law firm in downtown Los Angeles. This position works with 3 attorneys. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Duties:

- Help clients and keep your attorneys well-organized and prepared
- Your main duty will be to work closely with the head attorney to make sure everything is running smoothly.
- Other duties include: preparing and filing legal documents
- Answering phones
- Dealing with client requests
- screening potential clients;
- preparing monthly bills to clients (MyCase software); paying office bills
- We will teach you the skills you need for software programs (such as MyCase and Quickbooks),
- Two years of experience as a legal assistant/secretary with knowledge of pleadings and court filing is recommended.
