Prominent social media company located in Los Angeles is seeking a commercial counsel for a long-term contract engagement, open to temporary-to-full-time based on performance.
Top applicants will either in-house and law firm experience working with technology and social media transactional and content related matters. Duties will include a high degree of drafting, redlining, and negotiating complex commercial agreements with marketing, talent, must be eligible to work in the U.S., NDA, partnership, MSA, privacy, SaaS, and various other competencies as a major focus.
Ideal applicants must be licensed to practice law in the state of California or New York. Those that require RIHC in CA are not eligible to apply.
Applicants that are local to Los Angeles are highly encouraged to apply. This position will be remote for the foreseeable future, but would require to work on-site later this year.
