< B>About the Role< /b>As an Esthetics Educator, you are a coach, teaching everything from Heyday standards to industry wisdom to techniques in the treatment room.

You work closely with Shop Leadership to hire and train new top Estheticians.

Esthetics Educators are leaders within their shops as they own quality, consistency, and ensure all team members are trained on products, enhancements, and protocol.< Br><Br> <Ul><Li> This is not a remote position and will require you to work a Tuesday-Saturday schedule on site.

This is a hybrid role and will require you to take clients in the treatment room as well as facilitate staff training.

< B>What You’ll Do< /b>Estheticians: Hiring and Recruiting< /li></ul> <Ul><Li> Assist in hosting and setting up recruiting events including career fairs and school demos< /li><Li> Gain referrals from other estheticians and local spas< /li><Li> Manage candidate pipeline, and schedule interviews and practicals< /li><Li> Schedule and conduct newhire esthetician training< /li><Li> Monitor new hire transition on to the floor< /li><Li> On-going training and coaching with ST’s< /li><Li> Uphold the standards andprocedures stated in the Foundations training< /li></ul> Product + Service Education< Ul><Li> Train hosts, estheticians, and managers on product benefits and usage< /li><Li> Ensure clients receive product education, and that estheticians are following the product specific steps as identified in training< /li><Li> Spearhead product and enhancement launches< /li><Li> Monitor Esthetician retail performance and product performance< /li><Li> Coach Skin Therapists based on client experience feedback< /li></ul> <B>The Ideal Candidate< /b><Ul> <Li>Valid Esthetics License with at least 2 years of experience< /li><Li> Ability to build trust and relationships.< /li><Li> Results-oriented.</li> <Li>Experience coaching and providing feedback to individuals and in a group setting< /li><Li> Ability to balance and progress multiple, often competing priorities.< /li><Li> Passionate about helpingothers succeed< /li><Li> Ability to relocate a plus< /li></ul> </div>
