Escrow Officer

We are seeking a motivated Escrow Officer with at least 5 years of experience. Do you have a book of business and looking to take your business to the next level? Responsibilities

  • Help coordinate the title policy with the title examiner
  • Disburse escrow funds accurately and complete administrative tasks such as reporting
  • Ensure all terms and conditions of the purchase agreement are being completed timely and accurately
  • Work in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations when dealing with escrow transactions and escrow accounts
  • Obtain, review, and clarify purchase agreements, contracts, title commitments, and lender instructions to ensure successful closing

Qualifications

  • 5+ Years of being an Escrow Officer
  • Solid knowledge of title insurance, regulatory guidelines, the escrow process, legal documents, and real estate property law
  • Proactive approach
  • Must possess proficiency in escrow/title software
  • College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Understanding of mortgage loans, title commitments, title insurance, and real estate contracts
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
