Responsibilities:
Conduct requirements gathering sessions with the stake holders Business Technical to create the high-level requirements document (BRD).
Create AS-IS and TO-BE business process flow diagrams, integrate process flow diagrams to show end-to-end business model and business process mapping including swim lanes.
Interact with the stake-holders and gather requirements and business artifacts based on Agile/Scrum methodology.
Create and review business requirements, functional specifications, project schedules, documentation and test plans.
Conduct GAP analysis to enhance the current application platform as and when required.
Required:
Master’s or Bachelor’s in Computer science, Technology, Math, Engineering, Arts, Management or any related.
Knowledge of project life cycle and SDLC methodologies including Waterfall and Agile/Scrum.
Good knowledge of technical writing skills to create Business Requirements Document(BRD), Functional Requirements Document(FRD) and Software Requirements Specification(SRS).
Well versed in Functional Decomposition, Business Requirement gathering, Process Analysis, System Analysis, Gap analysis, Use case analysis and design.
