Position Objective

Reporting to the Enterprise Services Director (ESD), the Enterprise Business Relationship Manager (EBRM) is responsible for managing the business relationship aspect of one or more highly complex enterprise client(s).The EBRM is responsible to protect and grow existing revenues by proactively managing the day-to-day relationship, including regular face-to-face meetings with assigned customers to conduct account reviews and to help identify additional sales and renewal opportunities. The EBRM serves as the primary Managed Services client contact, as well as the initial escalation point for any client questions and concerns outside of normal established ITSM service desk assistance. Through cooperation, ingenuity, and teamwork, the EBRM is responsible for a aligning themselves with the client’s business objectives and creating a collaborative partnership.

Essential Job Functions

•    Works in close partnership and alignment with the Enterprise Sales Executive, Enterprise Service Delivery Manager and Enterprise Services Director to ensure clear understanding of the client’s business, staffing and technology needs, culture, and program expectations.

•    Continuously works to anticipate clients’ needs based on historical and current business activity and knowledge of client’s industry.

•    Facilitates regular communication with the internal enterprise team(s) regarding open opportunities, client fulfillment requests/priorities, attrition trends and other pertinent metrics

•    Serves as the customer advocate for assigned Managed Services clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

•    Interfaces with other departments through written and verbal communications to resolve and answer client problems and questions, respectively.

•    Maintains internal databases and Knowledge Articles with required customer information.

•    Establishes and monitors internal control procedures for the support of assigned accounts and provides contract information for tracking and submission as needed.

•    Remains current on changes in the services packaging and elements, services pricing and procedures, order entry process, commission reports, and sales promotions through completion of required/recommended training program.

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

•    BS degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

•    10+ years of work experience in general management, enterprise account management and technology consulting.
