Position: Process Engineer Distribution Center (Relocation Assistance Available) Job Description: Arrow is looking for a Process Engineer to join our Reno Team.
This individual is the link between the engineering, information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, process improvement, testing and deployment tasks of our process/software changes.

ft.) for the vast majority of our products.
Over 1,000 employees work at this facility, where they do picking, packing and shipping for our omnichannel network, focusing on B2B and B2C distribution.

What You´ll Be Doing: Distribution processes expert (SME) Help secure requirements, document operational procedures, build training documentation, brainstorm and cement testing scenarios for new functionality, coordinate discussions with key business stakeholders and drive signoffs with Logistics operations and IT, and provide testing support to ensure solutions meet the requirements Document test scenarios for regression testing across the various applications used within the facility Work closely with the GLS and GLA teams to identify and block the right SMEs in the business to close any open items Schedule UAT testing windows to ensure that target timelines are met for the overall business User Support in troubleshooting both application and business process issues Engagement with the business and providing status updates, facilitating calls with operations, business and leadership Other duties as assigned based on business needs What We’re Looking For: 3-5 years of experience in process, manufacturing, logistics or distribution engineering roles: process/system (WMS/LMS) strategy, improvement and testing 4-year degree in an engineering related field Experience working in WMS, LMS or related ERP systems (e.G.
RedPrairie, Manhattan, Oracle, SAP) Understanding of Warehouse, Logistics, and Labor management Previous experience working for a large public corporation Experience in technical writing: writing business documentation Proficient at developing and executing business process specific test scenarios; User Acceptance Testing(UAT) Experience Superior verbal and writing communication skills, interpersonal skills, strong adaptability skill and strong analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment coordinating with internal customers to help support and enhance business systems Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment including the ability to work collaboratively with business users Ability to work independently on development projects Even Better if You Have: Experience with WCS (Warehouse Control Systems, YMS (Yard Management Systems), TMS (Transportation Management Systems) Previous experience in logistics / distribution What We Offer at Arrow: At Arrow, we are driving innovation and choice by offering employees a variety of benefits designed to keep you and your family physically and financially healthy.
