Elevate Lounge: Bottle Service Waitress

Elevate LoungeBOTTLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY.GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Interacting with guests and guiding them through a one-of-a-kind experience in Downtown Los Angeles.

Serving guests drinks and the experience they desire in a high-volume club 21 floors above the city streets.

Entertaining and creating a high energy experience for the guests that will bring them and their friends back for more.

Maximizing the revenue every time a guest visits the venue.Tasks included but not limited to: 1.

Mixing and serving drinks table side2.

Setting up and prepping for bottle service tables before your guest arrive3.

Handling cash and other forms of payment efficiently and according to company guidelines4.

Operating the register system (POS) according to company guidelines5.

Performing opening, closing, and side duties (setting up/breaking down server sections, cleaning and wiping down furniture)6.

Properly sanitizing booths and tabletops7.

Greeting guests quicklyRequirements: Skillset (Knowledge & Abilities) 1.

Knowledge of all alcohol products and how to mix and serve them to the guests2.

Being able to regularly perform the essential functions of the job (bending and reaching; lifting and transporting up to 50 pounds; standing and moving around for up to 8+ hours per shift)3.

Having adequate English language skills in order to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers4.

Having adequate arithmetic skills to reconcile guests’ checksWork Habits & Attitudes: 1.
