Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of job-related experience. Experience with ERP (preferably D365) and in Food & Beverage Industry experience preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Job Description:

The EDI Coordinator serves pays a critical role in monitoring and maintaining the EDI infrastructure, ensuring that EDI transactions are sent and received properly. Primary responsibilities of the role include collecting, reviewing and inputting data within the company’s systems; D365 and True Commerce. Auditing data output, identifying errors and partnering with Customer Service, Finance and Shipping departments to resolve problems such as repairing orders in error status, validating items and pricing, re-submitting failed invoices, and assisting with Advance Ship Notice (ASN) troubleshooting or inquiries.

  • Organization; ability to prioritize multiple projects

  • Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office
