Discrimination/Sexual Harassment Attorney The candidate will provide both direct supervision and development by Partners as well as autonomy to develop your own skills and reputation in the field.
This job will give an aggressive litigator/negotiator a great paying position with a welcomed sense of independence and satisfaction as well as great pay that is directly reflective of your work.
Responsibilities will include handling cases from inception, through discovery, motions and trial work for those few cases that do not settle.
Must be charismatic and effective at communicating with clients.
Strong writing and legal analysis skills a must.
Employment law experience and/or knowledge is a huge plus.
Trial and negotiation experience even better.
Must be admitted to CA and CA Federal Court(s).
Bar (Preferred).
