The Social Media Coordinator will report to our Social Media Manager and will support the development and execution of all digital and social media assets. This is a staff role based in Los Angeles. Key Responsibilities: Hands-on planning, managing, creating, and posting across all social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube Participate in the ideation and brainstorming of social campaigns including but not limited to game day activations, merchandise drops, player news, community events, and more Serve as liaison between internal and external departments to ensure cohesive strategies and flawless execution of plans Responsible for deadlines and managing the flow of projects to ensure delivery of critical deadlines Collaborate with multiple internal partners (content, marketing, product, community, etc.) to make organic social content compelling and comprehensive Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year in social media Ability to work both independently and with others on multiple projects simultaneously Capability to work within strict time frames with changing priorities and conditions Strong knowledge of social media, digital, and branded content Excellent and creative copywriting skills Previous work in sports is required, soccer is preferred. General love and knowledge about soccer is a plus Spanish language proficiency is not required, but strongly preferred General knowledge of Los Angeles is not required, but preferred Personal Qualities: Positive, welcoming attitude. Must take great pride in creating content that represents Angel City, our community, and our sponsors Excellent work should be a personal goal! Ability to work flexible days/hours and pitch in where needed.
