Deposit Product Development Specialist

Position Responsibilities: The Deposit Product Development Specialist will be responsible for developing new deposit products for the Bank’s consumer and business customer base. This position will also be responsible for developing, monitoring and reporting promotional product offerings to achieve short term business goals.Education, Experience, and Qualifications: Formal Education & Certification• Four-year college diploma or university degree in business administration or related field.Knowledge & Experience• At least 5 years of financial services experience, preferably in operations, marketing, or in the branch environment• A minimum 2 years of experience developing deposit products for bank customers• Knowledge of the full range of bank depository services and associated regulations• Familiarity with bank core systems• Customer-centric focus on client needs• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with typical reporting tools including MS Office. Database skills highly desirable.• Good project management skills• Ability to work well with individuals from other divisions, including IT, Operations, and Marketing• Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, problem prevention, and problem-solving skills• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.• Ability to work with co-workers, customers, and outside agencies professionally and tactfully.• Strong English written and oral communication skills.• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills. * Strong customer-service orientation.• Highly self-motivated and directed.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:• Financial Services, preferrably in operations, marketing or branch: 5 years (Required)Education:• Bachelor’s (Required)Location:• Los Angeles, CA 90010 (Required)
