Position Responsibilities: The Deposit Product Development Specialist will be responsible for developing new deposit products for the Bank’s consumer and business customer base. This position will also be responsible for developing, monitoring and reporting promotional product offerings to achieve short term business goals.Education, Experience, and Qualifications: Formal Education & Certification• Four-year college diploma or university degree in business administration or related field.Knowledge & Experience• At least 5 years of financial services experience, preferably in operations, marketing, or in the branch environment• A minimum 2 years of experience developing deposit products for bank customers• Knowledge of the full range of bank depository services and associated regulations• Familiarity with bank core systems• Customer-centric focus on client needs• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with typical reporting tools including MS Office.
