We are looking for a smart, skilled and creative Business Intelligence Analyst who wants to join a fast-paced organization, as a key team member. The DC Administrator is skilled in deriving insights from raw data and for delivering key insights via reports and analysis to drive and support data-driven decision-making. This is a strategic and tactical (i.e., hands-on) role that requires someone who cannot only access data and generate reports, but also provide actionable insights to departments across the company, with Inventory Management, Merchandising and finance being the primary stakeholders.Responsibilities:* Must be flexible, able to multi-task, and have the ability to prioritize workload.* Ability to create and deliver DC budgets.* Responsible for creating spreadsheets, run reports through Dayforce and track labor hours and KPI’s.* Designs reports that best tell the story using a creative and resourceful approach to solving problems* Ability to create pivot tables, graphs, charts, insert formulas, etc.* Provide data to the management team and recommend improvements needed.* Produces ad hoc financial models and analyses that clearly quantify the cost / benefit of key business initiatives.* Train office clerks on how to maintain various DC spreadsheets.* Responsible for management meeting minutes.* Assist with planning and executing DC events.* Responsible for purchasing DC supplies and source vendors.* Completion of expense reports.* Responsible for completing SAP invoicing and coding.* Any additional tasks to support various departments.* Works independently with a project manager mentality to complete the full cycle of analytical requests.* Effectively communicates and provides clear results to allow stakeholders to execute business decisions.* Provides support for ad hoc analysis, monthly reporting, and financial and strategic planning.* Performs other duties and projects as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Access, Excel, PowerPoint* Experience using High Jump.* Bilingual – English/Spanish a plus* Excellent computer and organization skills* Other Skills: Ability to prioritize and organize workload, possess strong problem solving skills, capable of meeting stringent deadlines, and possess effective communication skills.* Customer Focus, Action Oriented, Resilient
