DataFeed Specialist – Benchmarks

Through our industry leading content delivery platform clients seamlessly access organized and connected data that is easily discoverable, explorable, and complimentary to both public and proprietary data. Our aim is to streamline our client’s internal processes with FactSet data delivery via databases, programming languages, and web services. Due to our continuing growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as Benchmark DataFeed Specialist.As a Benchmark DataFeed Specialist you will be responsible for the project management of new DataFeed implementations which includes gathering client requirements, preparing sample files, process design, implementation and educating clients. You will be working closely with Sales, Product Development and local consulting teams throughout the implementation process.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Ensuring existing clients are staffed with the proper notification and escalation proceduresClient relationship managementExternal and internal product/solution trainingInvolvement in product development feedback Coordination with Sales specialists to vet prospective clients to identify and pitch the right solutionTraining clients on unlocking the value add proposition of their solution

Requirements
